Ways We Can Help Adopting Families

We are a non-profit, private adoption agency licensed in multiple states.  We are able to you, as the adopting family, and birth parents living anywhere in the U.S.  We also help military personnel and expatriates in foreign countries and citizens of other countries.  No matter where you live we can help you.

We are committed to being the most professional, careful and caring agency you can find. We cut no corners, take no short-cuts, make sure you take no unnecessary risks, and provide you with all the information and personal assistance you need and desire.

Way We Can Help You

The first way we can help is to provide you with general adoption information, information on finding a child for adoption, how to end the biological parental rights, how to actually adopt the child and, if you want, information on raising and parenting your child.

We teach you about the different types of adoption, the different types of adoption agencies and we even provide a list of other adoption agencies in all 50 states so that you can make the choices that are best for you and the child you hope to adopt.

We provide information on financial, medical, nutritional and emotional resources that can be of assistance.  We list support groups to assist you as well as pregnant women and birth mothers.  We offer a free self-help manual that you can download right from this website.  The free manual covers all aspects of both the domestic and international child adoption.

We have also created an entire website which lists the child adoption laws of each state and also interstate, federal and international adoption laws. It is important that you learn about these laws so that you do not unknowing violate one of these laws (such as advertising for a child) and make a mistake the could result in adoption problems.

Please note that we are not an "adoption facilitator", "referral agency," or "finder program" that just matches you with a birth mother and then leaves everyone to find their own way through the complicated child adoption process.  Instead, we provide ongoing assistance every step of the way.  We help, for as long as it takes, from beginning to end and then provide post-adoption services as needed.

As a full-service, licensed adoption agency, we can help you through our domestic adoption program which specializes in the placement of healthy newborns, infants and children from the United States or through our international adoption program that places children from China, Eastern Europe, Russia, Guatemala and other foreign countries.  We can also help you with an open or closed adoption, agency or identified child adoption, and an intrastate or interstate child adoption.

In our domestic (U.S.) child adoption program we use a Fixed Waiting List rather than a pooling list so that you can have a realistic assessment of your waiting time.  We allow you to decide whether you want an open or closed child adoption.  You have the choice of meeting the birth parents or not meeting them.   If you do meet you can choose to share as much or as little information as you desire.  In all instances, you decide how to proceed.

We complete a Home Study for each of our families.  We can also complete a Home Study if you are proceeding on your own with an attorney in a private adoption or proceeding with the assistance of another adoption agency.  Our Home study process is conducted with you in private sessions rather than in group sessions so you do not have to share your pain, fears, etc. with other adopting families.  And for those adopting families who are in a time bind, we can complete a Home Study in a very short period of time.

We are here to assist you in every way possible.  You can learn from this website in several ways.  You can view the Table of Contents which lists all of the information on the website. You can also just review the "buttons" on the right hand side (that's the side for you as an adopting person while the left hand side is for a birth mother) to find what interests you or, if you prefer, you may click the next button in the upper right hand corner which will take you through all the information page by page and you may simply read the parts that interest you.  If you cannot find the information you are seeking please feel free to contact us or you can make suggests by clicking on the "suggestions" button.

Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to try and help you.

Special Note: The children seen on this website are just a few of the many we have placed for adoption. Most were placed as newborns or young children; however, these pictures are of recent updates routinely sent to us by the adopting families. The quotes under each picture are from our birth mothers, birth fathers, and adopting families. Enjoy them!
