Additional Pregnancy Information and Help
This part of the website, in addition to the previous page, Pregnancy help, is designed especially to help you and the many other teen and adult women who are pregnant. It will help you (and the child's father if he is still involved in your life)
whether you are planning to raise your child yourself or are thinking about placing your child for adoption. It can help you regardless of your age, race, marital status, where you live, or whether this is your first, second or third child. |
Included here are financial resources and help, as well as help with medical and physical aspects of pregnancy, and emotional issues of pregnancy.
Also included are many other resources to help you including the free government program called WIC (Woman, Infants, and Children), information on infant safe haven laws, and nutritional issues and concerns of pregnancy, several other U.S. Government benefit
programs and services and state child welfare agencies, and, finally, pregnancy support groups and adoption
support groups.
We have also created additional websites, Pregnancy And Children and Birth Mother Resources and Birth Mother Assistance to help you and other women.
If you need or want some specific personal advice, you can also call the creator of this website, Dr. Vince Berger, a psychologist and adoption professional, by phone or by email.
