The introduction provides information about us and the ways we can help you if you are pregnant or have already given birth.  It includes how to contact us and many of the most frequently asked questions and answers.

Pregnancy issues contains information to help you and your unborn baby with information and resources.  It addresse home and clinic based pregnancy tests as well as pregnancy symptoms and the stages of pregnancy.  We have also included information regarding prenatal care, selecting a hospital or birthing center and provided a pregnancy calendar to help you know what to expect.

Pregnancy concerns addresses morning sickness, nutrition and diet, alcohol and drugs, labor and delivery and depression.  We also provide resources to help you find pregnancy crisis centers.

Pregnancy help provides information about financial, medical, emotional and nutritional help and assistance from government and private sources. We have also provided pregnancy support groups to help a pregnant woman.  Please note that our section on pregnancy support groups provides a huge amount of information regarding issues such as financial, medical, emotional and nutritional help in your state above and beyond a simple listing of support groups.

Government help offers information and resources to help a pregnant woman or a woman who has given birth to find free or low-cost services including each of the following:

Adoption choices explains the choices that are available to you including whether you want an open or closed adoption, whether you should participate in a private or agency adoption or use an adoption facilitator. Also discussed is your right to choose the adopting family if that is what you wish to do.

Adoption help suggests the first steps to take regarding the adoption process, how to select an adoption agency and how to assure the perfect loving home for your child.  This section also provides you with adoption support groups and with information about the emotional issues involved in an adoption as well as the special situations where you are placing the child with a relative or the child is being adopted by a step-parent.

Adoption laws and rights can help you understand the legal rights of the birth mother and birth father as well as grandparent rights.  We also provide information on infant safe haven laws and the adoption law of every state. 

Parenting and raising your child contains information on child development and health as well as information on breastfeeding and infant nutrition.  Information for fathers is also provided.  Information on where to find parenting support groups and the issue of mother and child safety is presented.
