Dear mothers and mothers to be we understand that bringing a child into the world can sometimes create a need for various types of financial, medical, nutritional and emotional assistance.  We want to help you find the help you need.  With that in mind we have created the following list of what we consider the best government, public and private programs that help people in your situation.  We do this because we care about you and your child.

West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Detection programs in each state provide free breast and cervical cancer screening services.

West Virginia Child Health Insurance Program provides free health insurance.
