And we can help you no matter what state you live in or even if you are a citizen living overseas. We are also here to help adopting families who are looking for a child to love and raise Pregnant Women and Birth Mothers If you are a pregnant or your child has already been born, I want you to know that you can call me (Dr Vince Berger) or my staff for help (toll free at 1-800-943-0400) at any hour and any day of the week. We will try to help you regardless of whether you are considering placing your child for adoption or are planning to raise your child yourself.and there is never a charge to you for any of our help and there in never any obligation. My staff and I do this because we truly care about the welfare of others. We will be happy to help you find a shelter, find financial, medical and nutritional assistance programs, help you to find the perfect loving home for your child, or help you in some other way. Our primary concern is to make sure you and your baby are safe and healthy.
