Women Infants and Children Program

The Hawaii Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children provides free food, nutrition counseling, and referrals to health and other social services to participants at no charge. WIC serves low-Income pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk.

Hawaii child nutrition programs include free and low-cost food, nutrition information, and preschool and school nutrition programs.

Hawaii Food Banks distribute free food to those in need.

Hawaii Food Stamp Program helps persons with low-incomes to obtain food.

Hawaii Department of Education can provide you with information about school nutrition and pregnancy programs.

Hawaii Department of Health can provide nutrition information and help as well as help with pregnancy and post-pregnancy concerns.

Hawaii child welfare agency can help with pregnancy, parenting, and foster care.

Hawaii Medicaid can help you with answers about free services offered to you and your child.
