Hawaii Child Health Insurance Programs

QUEST-ACE covers outpatient physician visits, inpatient hospital stays, emergency room services, dental treatments, prescription drug costs and mental health care for those enrolled in the program.  If you are a Hawaii resident between the ages of 19 and 64 without dependent children, you may be eligible for free health care coverage through the new QUEST-ACE program.
