The U.S. federal and state governments administer the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). CHIP can help you if your income level is too high to be eligible for Medicaid, but yet you do not make enough money to purchase private health insurance for your child.  You can find your state CHIP contact by clicking on your state of residence in the box below.

Child Nutrition Programs, through the cooperation of the U.S. federal and state governments, provide access to child nutrition information and they provide free and low-cost food.

State Child Welfare Department can provide you with information about foster care, adoption and parenting.
