Child Adoption by Relatives
If you are thinking of placing your child with a relative, we have listed information on how to get started.
We are a not-for-profit agency that, since 1985, has helped over 6000 pregnant women, birth parents and families. Feel free to call (1(800)943-0400) or click on the link Contact Us and visit the link "Ways we can help you". We have a five-star rating on Google. You can always visit our testimonial pages (see the link on the right).
If you decide on adoption, we can make sure your child is placed with the perfect family, your rights are protected, and that you receive all the financial assistance and medical help as well as other types of help that the law allows.
Grandparents and Other Relative's Rights
In some states the birth mother's and birth father's parents have legal rights if the child is being placed for adoption. Take a look at the child adoption laws of your state about questions you have about grandparents' rights.
You may also want to visit The Grandparents Rights Organization, The American Association of Retired Persons, and the National Committee of Grandparents for Children's Rights.
For additional information see the article Placement of Children with Relatives. To review the adoption laws in your state of residence or other state please visit the link State Adoption Laws or visit the website ChildAdoptionLaws.com.
